THE BEST SHRIMP QUESADILLAS
A delicious mixture of spicy shrimp, fried onions and sweet peppers, garlic and cream cheese, crunchy in tortilla. These quesadillas are a simple and tasty way to enjoy shrimp!
Calling all shrimp lovers! These delicious quesadilla shrimps are a must try. We have done them countless times and will do them forever. They are very fast and easy to prepare, full of flavor and vibrant shrimp.
All this is done in one pan in 20 minutes. First, onions, bell peppers and garlic stew for a minute. Then the shrimp and seasonings are added and cooked for another one or two minutes (note: the shrimp is cooked in literally minutes, so I like to cook them).
Now all that remains is to add a little shrimp mixture to the tortilla, put the cheese and toast on top until crisp. The result is crispy quesadillas filled with cheese shrimp and a mouth-watering combination of flavors that is not from this world!
